 About Ann
Ann Schrader is a business coach and consultant and draws on her vast range of work experiences and education to assist people in reaching their goals, becoming more competent, and continuing to excel in all parts of their lives.  Research demonstrates that businesses receive the benefits of coaching by increased innovation, performance, and higher employee retention.

Ms. Schrader, with over 30 years in business, is a highly qualified coach and consultant.  As a former manager and business owner, she is very familiar with the challenges employers and employees face in today’s highly competitive markets. 

Her educational training includes a B.S. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a M.A. in Pastoral Counseling.  She is a trained mediator and completed Georgetown University’s National Leadership Academy.  Ms. Schrader is a successful business coach and consultant because she has mastered the ability to change as needed, learn new skills and recreate herself as the demands of her life and business markets changed.
