Employer of the Year
The Employer of the Year award is given to recognize employers who have demonstrated through their policies and actions a commitment to the development and advancement of women in the workplace.
A committee of BPW members evaluates the applications, including nomination forms, for each candidate and selects the most qualified. The award consists of a beautiful plaque, a generous gift certificate, and the opportunity to be involved in an excellent network of professional women.
The awards ceremony is held in the Spring of each year. BPW has held this Honors Program for many years since its founding in 1930. In addition to the Employer of the Year award, the awards program also honors a Young Careerist and a Woman of Achievement.
