Frequency: Twice a month, 2nd & 4th Wednesdays
Location: Comfort Inn at 1370 North 7th Avenue, (unless otherwise specified) - Oak Street side entrance to the Conference Center, lower level meeting rooms.
Time: 12-1 p.m. Doors open at 11:45 a.m.
Guests: The meeting is open to the public and guests are welcome.
Announcements are welcomed. If you have an announcement to share, please do so when the President indicates and keep all announcements to 1 minute or less.
Catered by: Bountiful Table
Cost: $8 for members; $9 for guests; $2 for those not eating. Payment on-line while registering with debit or credit card and cash or checks are accepted at the meeting.
Meal Options: Meals are catered. Vegetarian meals can be requested during registration.
Registration Requirements: Attendees must register whether you are eating or not. We need a head count for planning food and beverages, as well as space requirements. Lunch reservations are due by 5 p.m. the Monday prior to the lunch.

Lunch Cancellations: You can cancel without issue if your cancellation is received by 5 p.m. the Monday prior to the lunch. If you fail to cancel by this deadline you will be billed for the applicable luncheon price, since BPW will be required to pay for the meal.
As a Courtesy: Due to occasional times when we do not have enough food, if you did not RSVP you will be asked to wait until those who did.
